Your voice, our focus: Q3 client satisfaction survey results

Thank you to everyone who took part in Finli’s Q3 client satisfaction survey. Your feedback helps us understand how well we are meeting your expectations and where we can improve. We are pleased to share the key findings from last quarter’s survey.

It was encouraging to see that 98% feel your Finli financial planner understands you, your needs and your financial objectives. Transparency continues to be a priority for us and 94% of clients felt clear about the fees, costs and charges they pay.

Our commitment to easy-to-follow reporting remains strong. For Q3, 96% agreed that the reports we send you are easy to understand. Confidence in long-term planning also reached a new high. At 99%, nearly all respondents told us they were confident their financial plan and objectives will be achieved.

Consistent communication is central to your experience with us and at 90%, most of you feel the frequency of our updates is just right. When asked about ease of understanding, 41% found our communication very easy to follow and 54% found it somewhat easy. We will continue to refine how we present information so that everything we share remains as clear and accessible as possible.

We were also grateful for your responses to whether you would recommend us to others on a scale of 1-10. Overall, 54% gave a perfect 10, 21% chose nine and 14% chose eight. Combined, this means 89% scored us between 8-10, reflecting the trust you place in us and the service we deliver.
