Transparency and clarity are key. 96% of you agreed that the reports we provide are easy for you to understand. Meanwhile, 94% were clear about the fees, charges and costs you’re paying for.
We promise to always work with clients to adapt their plan when their story changes. We were proud that an overwhelming majority of respondents have experienced this in practice. 96% of respondents agreed that their financial planner assists them when they need to make changes or update their financial objectives.
Keeping you in the loop is our priority. 87% of you said that the frequency of our communication was just right, while 97% find our communication easy to understand. Interestingly, emails were by far the most popular way to receive updates from us.
We want to turn your dreams into reality. We were pleased that 94% of you feel confident that your financial plans and objectives will be achieved. Finally, we asked how likely you are to recommend us on a scale of 1-10. The majority (56%) voted for an emphatic 10, while 29% opted for eight or nine. This infers that 86% really believe in the service we provide.
