Simon has worked in financial services for over 20 years, and has been employed at several large financial institutions during his career. He now provides comprehensive advice to his personal and business clients up and down the country in his role as a Senior Financial Planner.
Dan Barnard Senior Financial Planner
Dan is a Financial Planner with 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. He believes in helping clients achieve both their short-term and long-term financial aspirations through sound financial advice. He has learnt over the years that it’s not only about making the right decisions, it’s also about making them at the right time.
Richard HollandFinancial Planner
Richard began giving financial advice in 2005, initially as a whole of market mortgage and protection broker and then later he moved into pensions and investments and joined Finli in December 2023. He’s proud to be a Diploma Qualified Financial Planner.
Chris DeemingFinancial Planner
Chris started giving financial advice for Alliance and Leicester in 2005 and has held a number of positions with Santander and Lloyds bank since. Chris holds a diploma in financial planning and mortgage qualifications.

With over 20 years experience Mark started his career as the “Man from the Pru” and became a Senior IFA for some of the biggest names within Financial Services.
He has worked for companies such as Prudential, Royal Sun & Alliance, Zurich & AWD Chase De Vere, providing holistic wealth management advice to families as well as private and corporate clients.
Mark also has experience of working closely with accountants and solicitors advising their private and commercial clients. Interests in spending time with his family, friends and exploring the Cotswolds with his wife Annie.
Andrew BurtonFinancial Planner
Andy has been in the finance industry since 2006 starting with general insurance to mortgage and ultimately Wealth Planning achieving Diploma Status in both Mortgage Advice and Financial Advice.
Andrew LittleFinancial Planner
Andrew began his financial career as a Mortgage Adviser in 2004 working for an estate agent group across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
He joined the FA92 Group (now Finli) in July 2008 and became a fully qualified Financial Adviser in 2010. Since then, Andrew has assisted and continues to service many clients with their Pensions, Savings and Tax Planning.

Sajid has started his career as financial adviser in 1999 and has since held this role with various insurance companies, High street banks and Building Societies. Sajid has conducted this role face to face and phone based. During his career Sajid had an opportunity to work as Compliance officer with financial services.

Dan has been a mortgage and protection adviser since 2014. In that time Dan has built a wealth of experience to ensure he finds the right solution to each of his client’s needs and takes enormous satisfaction helping them to afford their dream home. In his spare time Dan coaches’ kids football and enjoys playing golf.

Hannah has worked in the financial services industry for 7 years, across a variety of different roles. She is now studying with AAT to become a qualified accountant.
Emily SykesAdvice Operations Team Leader
Emily was new to the industry in 2021 and has since provided excellent PA services to 3 well established, Senior Financial Planners and their clients. In her spare time, Emily regularly plays netball.

Baljit has been in the financial services industry since 2003 and has experience working within asset finance and equity release, providing support to financial advisers and working with clients.

Cheryl joins Finli with 6 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry where she has had exposure to many different areas of finance, whilst gaining qualifications along the way. Out of the office she enjoys reading, travelling and is a self-confessed foodie.
