David WaltonPartner & Financial Planner
David began his journey in the world of financial advice in the early 1980s, after transitioning from a background in banking and retail finance.
David says that what’s most rewarding is the enduring relationships he’s built over the past 40 years.
It’s remarkable to think that he is now working with the grandchildren of some of his original clients – a full-circle moment that speaks to the trust and connection established over the years.
Lee Jacobs Financial Planner
Lee joined the company in 2011 and is a Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner (CFPTM) with nearly 20 years of experience in financial services.
Lee’s goal is to help clients simplify their finances and provide them with reassurance, allowing them to spend more time focusing on what matters most in their lives.
He works with clients to help them understand if they have ‘enough’ to maintain their desired lifestyle throughout the rest of their lives.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching live sports, playing chess, football, participating in parkrun, and spending quality time with his family.
Anthony PosnerFinancial Planner
Anthony concentrates on looking at the whole picture.
He likes to help his clients grow, reviewing a whole suite of products he has put in place for them over a period of time, running all their protection plans and investments; in fact, managing the whole of their financial planning portfolio.
Anthony gets great satisfaction from seeing his regular clients frequently over the years, even if it’s not all connected to a long-term plan but just a series of separate transactions that are pieced together over time.
Daniel CoburnFinancial Planner
There were two things in life that Daniel had little choice about: being an Arsenal fan and becoming a financial adviser like his father, who spent over 40 years in the industry.
After university, Daniel gained his financial advisory qualifications and worked closely with his father, taking over his clients and advancing the next generation of personal financial advice before his retirement.
For nearly 20 years, Daniel has advised individuals, families, and businesses on investment strategies, helping them grow their wealth.
Many of his clients are focused on preserving their wealth for retirement while ensuring tax-efficient inheritance for their children.
Daniel’s approach is to simplify complex financial matters, providing clarity and structure to help clients meet their goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting. travelling, and watching his boys play football.
Stuart JonesFinancial Planner
Stuart came into the world of financial advice and joined his dad’s company in 2017. He wanted to follow in his dad’s footsteps as he has over 30 years experience in the financial industry and has loved every minute.
Stuart holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and has had the benefit of working alongside the principal of Accomplish Wealth Management, helping Higher Net Worth clients grow their wealth tax efficiently. He has gained experience across all areas of financial planning.
In his spare time he enjoys travelling and staying as active as possible by walking, jogging, or going to the gym. As and when time permits in the future, he is hoping to improve his very average golf game.
Elaine Snow Financial Planner

Ronak PawFinancial Planner
With over 15 years of experience in financial planning, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate their financial journeys since 2007.
My career began as a financial planner with NatWest, and over the years, I progressed through various roles, eventually becoming part of the Private Clients Group for RBS, NatWest, and Coutts.
Working with a diverse range of clients, I’ve always been passionate about creating personalised financial strategies that help people achieve their goals and objectives.
I’m proud to be a Chartered Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), a qualification that reflects my dedication to professionalism and expertise.
However, I believe there’s always more to learn in this ever-evolving industry, and I’m committed to staying current with changes in legislation and best practices to provide my clients with the best possible advice.
For me, financial planning is not just about numbers – it’s about building a trusted relationship that feels like family. The advice I offer is always what I would recommend to my family.
My aim is to make every meeting informative and reassuring, leaving my clients confident about their financial position and aware of any adjustments that may be needed to stay on track with what they want to achieve.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time with my two children or indulging in my love for football, cricket, films, and music. Whether it’s playing, watching, or occasionally singing a song, I believe in finding joy outside of work and bringing that energy into everything I do.
